Meet the team
Judy Bliss - Principal
Judy Bliss has been in the industry since 1984. She started Bliss Conveyancing when she saw the need for a conveyancing service that spoke plain English, not legal jargon. Her mission is to help people buy property with peace of mind for the future.
Her professional experience is extensive, beginning in 1984 as Personal Assistant to the Chief Magistrate of NSW, then clerking at the Nowra Local Court and the Milton Local Court. She has been a Coroner, Registrar and Marriage Celebrant. Over 10 years ago, she earned her conveyancing license and entered legal private practice so that she could use her extensive legal experience to help people buy property.

Adam Bliss - Licensed Conveyancer
Adam joined Bliss Conveyancing in June 2014 after gaining experience in working for several National Quantity Surveying Firms who specialise in Tax Depreciation for Property Investors and a National Accounting Firm who had a strong focus on working with a wide range of Property Investors from Mum and Dad investors through to Investors with a significant portfolio.
Adam became licenced in February 2017 and has a strong focus on developing relationships with stakeholders, from Clients to Real Estate Agents and Financial Lenders with an emphasis on communication to ensure all parties at kept up to date with their respective matters.
Adam is available to meet with Clients at a time and venue that suits them to discuss their Conveyancing needs.

Hayley Bliss
Hayley has recently joined the Bliss Conveyancing team after relocating from Melbourne. She brings to the team her expertise in Sales and Marketing, Business Development and Management. Hayley has a background in Hotel Management, managing a number of boutique properties across Australia. Hayley has a passion for providing personalised customer experiences, growing successful business operations and she enjoys collaborating with people and businesses to bring out their best to reach this result.
